Collection for distribution and professional end users
Are you a distributor or professional end user and would you like to discard your used gas discharge lamps? Through Recupel you can call on a collection service approved by Recupel, included in this list.
Approved collection services will make containers available to you free of charge for the collection of used gas discharge lamps. If annually you collect at least 200 kg of gas discharge lamps, you will receive a container that can hold at least 200 kg of gas discharge lamps. Is 200 kg too much for you? In this case you can request a lamp box a maximum of three times per year, which holds up to 50 kg of gas discharge lamps and is specially designed for the collection of small quantities of gas discharge lamps. Two types of lamp boxes are at your disposal. Recupel recommends that you order both types of lamp boxes. The vertical, upright box can be used for storing your fluorescent tubes (manual). Use reference (LCT) when you order. Other types and sizes belong in the smaller box. Use reference (LEC) when you order.
To be able to use this pick-up service, you must register as a Recupel collection point (household WEEE) through the online application form. Please clearly indicate, in the "comments for transporter" field, which collection service you wish to work with for the pick-up of your used gas discharge lamps.
Are you already registered as a Recupel collection point for pick-up of household WEEE? In that case, please mention the collection service you wish to work with for the collection of your used gas discharge lamps, using the "my profile" button in the "comments for transporter" field.
Once registered you can submit your transport request through the online transport request form. Enter your username and password and complete the electronic form. Your transport request will be confirmed via e-mail. The collection service guarantees to carry out the collection within 10 working days.

We wish to draw your attention to the fact that as a collection point you must confirm acceptance of these conditions for each new transport request.

Please note for the record that this service is provided free of charge as long as the basic conditions are complied with (min. 200 kg per collection per year or max. 3 pick-ups of a 50-kg lamp box per year, no broken lamps, no loss of time during pick-up, no packaging waste or contents other than gas discharge lamps, etc.).
