The applicant is aware of the fact that their request results in an agreement. If during the latter's execution, the persons or companies appointed by Recupel determine that the applicant fails to carry out the pickups, the latter shall pay for any damage caused.
The correspondent's attention is drawn to the fact that Recupel can save the personal details provided by them on a voluntary basis in a file. By sending an e-mail the visitor authorises Recupel to save their personal details in a file in view of automated user profiling, market research and direct mail. Information provided on a voluntary basis may be communicated to companies that are contractually bound to Recupel.
Visitors have the right to inspect and possibly correct their personal details. They have the right to oppose, free of charge, the processing of their details. The inspection, correction or opposition request is to be addressed to Recupel.
