The applicant is aware of the fact that their request results in an agreement. If during the latter's execution, the persons or companies appointed by Recupel determine that the applicant fails to carry out the pickups, the latter shall pay for any damage caused.

By sending an e-mail the visitor authorises Recupel to save their personal details in a file in view of automated user profiling, market research and direct mail.
