The seller has to offer you a solution

Remedial options may consist of free repair, an exchange, a price reduction, or dissolution of the sales agreement.

Contact the seller or the shop where you bought the appliance.

If you or an operator who is not approved by the manufacturer has repaired the appliance since it was purchased, then the seller can refuse to take it back, which means it is no longer covered by the legal guarantee.

If you have a dispute with a seller, you should contact the Consumer Mediation Service before taking the matter to court.
