Once your query is registered, we will visit you within 3 working days. Weekends and public holidays therefore do not count as working days.

Tips

  • Limit your number of trips by having the electro-appliances collected in larger quantities. 
  • Then you get an optimisation fee on top of the distribution fee. The conditions of these fees are described in the distribution contract.

How do you request a collection time, consult the status of your request, adjust the collection address or chang your data? You can do this in a click via your access to the logistics platform. Your secure page contains all your company's data.

You forgot your password, now what?

  • At LOGIN, select the "forgot password" option under LOGISTICS.
  • Now reset your password via your user name.
  • Forgot your user name? Click on "Forgot user name" and enter your e-mail address. This allows you to retrieve all your data.
  • You will receive your username and password via e-mail and log in with it.

How do I apply for a collection of discarded electricals and light bulbs?

Follow the following steps and we will come to you for a free collection.

  1. Choose "LOGIN" at the top 
  2. "Click on "Logistics" and log in
  3. Choose "Request a WEEE transport" in the menu 
  4. "Fill in the screen below :  
  • Check your address
  • Uncheck the time when the driver can NOT come by (Note: this may extend the collection period)
  • Fill in "Number of receptacles, pallet boxes and/or containers to be collected".
  • The same number will automatically appear under "Number to be delivered" (except for collection by piece).
  • If required, change "Number to deliver" and give the reason under "Additional information"
  • If necessary, add information for the carrier (e.g. when collecting, ask for person X, collect at port X, call in advance at number X, etc.)
  • Click on 'Send'. You can ignore the 'warnings'.
  • Continue until you see a transport number appear on the screen. As a contact, you will receive an e-mail with a transport number for confirmation.
